Anne DeVaughn Board Chair
Former Loudoun County School Teacher
Anne DeVaughn is a former Loudoun County teacher and theatre director.  Previously Anne taught at Dominion High School, before taking time off to stay at home with her two daughters.  She also taught at both Potomac High School and Loudoun Valley High School in both theatre and English.  Anne is involved in the Text Alive Program, bringing Shakespeare education to youth and regularly directs productions at the Burke Presbyterian Church.  She lives in Burke Virginia with her kids and husband. 

David Polk Treasurer
General Manager, Folger Theatre
David Polk is the General Manager at Folger Theatre where he oversees all administrative aspects of the Theatre program. Duties include creating and maintaining the season calendar, developing and tracking the program’s annual budget, negotiating contracts and hiring artists (actors, directors, designers, and crew), and liaison between Folger Theatre and artist unions including negotiating agreements. Prior to Folger, David was the Operations Coordinator, Theatre for Young Audiences at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.  David also mentors student stage managers through Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and is an avid Capitols fan.  He lives in Arlington Virginia with his wife and two kids.

Dina Punturi
President, Studio D11
Dina Punturi is the president of Studio D11, a full service design, web and print media company. Her work concentrates on integrated marketing and communications, media planning and effective online presence.  Previous to founding Studio D11, Dina was the Vice President and Managing Director of Stacking, and the General Manager of TMP Worldwide.  Dina spends her spare time with her husband and kids in their vacation cabin in the mountains.

Eve Thompson
Eve Thompson is a community advocate and entrepreneur. She has been married for 25 years to Rick Thompson; together they have a family of five grown daughters and two grandsons. Eve lives in the historic village center of Lake Anne in Reston VA, where she actively works to promote the vitality of its commercial and cultural center. In addition to establishing Friends of Lake Anne, an organization that promotes community development through the arts, Eve created and manages The Reston Market, one of Fairfax County’s most successful open-air markets. From May through November, in tandem with the Reston Farmer’s Market, a wide variety of artisans ply their wares. It has become one of Reston’s most popular weekly events. Participants come from a tri-state area to take in the sights and sounds. Eve also coordinates the well-received Lake Anne Jazz Festival, held annually on the Plaza in the early Fall and the new favorite The Lake Anne Ukulele Festival, held in early July. In her professional life, Eve is a Long and Foster real estate agent and founder of the All Reston Real Estate, a practice focused on the Reston housing market. Eve is a Best of Reston Award winner and sits on the Board of Directors for the Reston Historic Trust.

Rick Vetsch 
Ret. Lieutenant Colonel, United States Air Force
Senior Principal Systems Engineer, Integrity Applications Incorporated
Rick Vetsch is the Senior Principal Systems Engineer with  Integrity Applications Incorporated where he specializes in Space and Ground Systems Design.  Prior to his work in the private sector Rick was and Air Force Officer Air Force Element, Office of Space and Technology.  He served in the United States Air Force for 34 years.  Rick lives in Centreville Virginia with his wife and three kids.
