Gay Beach Secretary
Senior Associate, Booz Allen Hamilton
Gay Beach is a Senior Associate of Marketing and Communications with Booz Allen Hamilton.  Responsible for Marketing and Communications for Booz Allen's Commercial Market, supporting face to face marketing and business development activities. Capability expertise aligns Cybersecurity and Technology with the Financial Services, Health, and Energy vertical markets.  Previously Gay was Senor Marketing Manager at Raytheon, Director of Marketing at JER Partners, Director of Strategic Marketing at the Cistic Fibrosis Foundation, and Director of Event Marketing at UUNET.  Gay lives in Herndon, Virginia with her husband and dog, and has a son and daughter who just graduated college. 

Sydney Chanele-Dawkins
Film Producer and Freelance Theatre Critic
Sydney Chanele-Dawkins is an award-winning feature filmmaker, a film curator and film festival producer, and a Theater critic /Arts writer for DC Metro Theater Arts.  She also serves as an impassioned advocate for the Arts as Chair. of the Alexandria Commission for the Arts, and a Helen Hayes Awards judge with theatreWashington.  She is honored to serve on the Advisory Board of the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra, the Board of Quintango and Port City Playhouse,  and as a Trustee for the Mary Graham Lasley Scholarship Competition. Programmer of Cinema Art Bethesda and Co-Chair of the Film Program with Artomatic, Sydney-Chanele is the past Festival Director of the Alexandria Film Festival, the Reel Independent Festival, and Female Shorts Film and Video Showcase. She is active with DC Metro area film festivals, including programming and leadership positions with AFI Docs, FilmFest DC, the Washington Jewish Film Festival, Arabian Sights Film Festival, DC Shorts, and the Rosebud Film Festival.

Anne DeVaughn Board Chair
Former Loudoun County School Teacher
Anne DeVaughn is a former Loudoun County teacher and theatre director.  Previously Anne taught at Dominion High School, before taking time off to stay at home with her two daughters.  She also taught at both Potomac High School and Loudoun Valley High School in both theatre and English.  Anne is involved in the Text Alive Program, bringing Shakespeare education to youth and regularly directs productions at the Burke Presbyterian Church.  She lives in Burke Virginia with her kids and husband. 

David Polk Treasurer
General Manager, Folger Theatre
David Polk is the General Manager at Folger Theatre where he oversees all administrative aspects of the Theatre program. Duties include creating and maintaining the season calendar, developing and tracking the program’s annual budget, negotiating contracts and hiring artists (actors, directors, designers, and crew), and liaison between Folger Theatre and artist unions including negotiating agreements. Prior to Folger, David was the Operations Coordinator, Theatre for Young Audiences at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.  David also mentors student stage managers through Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and is an avid Capitols fan.  He lives in Arlington Virginia with his wife and two kids.

Dina Punturi
President, Studio D11
Dina Punturi is the president of Studio D11, a full service design, web and print media company. Her work concentrates on integrated marketing and communications, media planning and effective online presence.  Previous to founding Studio D11, Dina was the Vice President and Managing Director of Stacking, and the General Manager of TMP Worldwide.  Dina spends her spare time with her husband and kids in their vacation cabin in the mountains.

Rick Vetsch 
Ret. Lieutenant Colonel, United States Air Force
Senior Principal Systems Engineer, Integrity Applications Incorporated
Rick Vetsch is the Senior Principal Systems Engineer with  Integrity Applications Incorporated where he specializes in Space and Ground Systems Design.  Prior to his work in the private sector Rick was and Air Force Officer Air Force Element, Office of Space and Technology.  He served in the United States Air Force for 34 years.  Rick lives in Centreville Virginia with his wife and three kids.
