Directions
The New School is located off of Pickett Road in Fairfax near the intersection of Arlington Boulevard (Route 50) and Pickett. Our road, Silver King Court, is an office park entrance. The school is located at the back of the office park.

  • From I-66, take the Nutley Street exit 62.
  • Take the ramp to southbound Nutley Street
  • After about one mile Nutley will dead-end into U.S. Route 50.
  • Turn right onto Route 50.
  • The second light will be Pickett Road. Turn left onto Pickett Road.
  • As you go up the hill, Silver King Ct. will be on your left.
  • Turn left onto Silver King Ct.
  • The school is at the bottom of the hill, 9431 Silver King Court.

Directions to the New School from Interstate 495

  • From 495, take exit 50A to merge onto US-50 W/Arlington Blvd toward Fairfax.
  • After approximately three miles turn left onto Pickett Road.
  • As you go up the hill, Silver King Ct. will be on your left.
  • Turn left onto Silver King Ct.
  • The school is at the bottom of the hill, 9431 Silver King Court.

Metro & Bus
To reach The New School by metro, take the Orange Line to the Vienna Metro then take Green Bus Route 1 to be dropped off at Pickett and Silver King Ct. Check bus schedules for times and availability.

Parking
The New School has free parking directly in front of the school as well as in the parking lots to the left of the building.
